Thats the thing, only one of them each used a supplement, so results were not that good, if there were more then an average could have been equated, just like the steroid/placebo group.
Or even better maybe they should have done the same with the supplement group as they did wit the steroid group, some taking the actual supplement, some taking a placebo! Would get better results and evidence that way.
Train hard, but SMART!!
Obsession is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated!
