Zinc Gluconate new

Started using Zinc Gluconate as a natural way to boost testosterone, first thing in the morning.

By the 3rd day I was shaking all over, had cold sweats and felt sick.

Has anyone else experienced this using Zinc Gluconate, if so; is it a side effect.

Found out from another forum that I maybe took too much in a 24 hour period.
