hi guys, i been training on and off for a couple of years now, main some gains but nothing to shout about, but now im wanting to take my training seriouly, as im training to be a personal trainer. im 6'1'' and weigh about 163lb. Im wanting to get to between 180-195lb ripped. wondering what supplements to take and any advice on training, only able to train 3-4 times a week at random times of the day, obviously want to get bigger but want to loose the little beer belly. any help grateful. thanks

eat plenty of carbs and protien rich foods, some hard intence training and some help from some supplements will get you on your way.
the supplement that every 1 has heard of and is dirt cheap is creatine. it works, nothing huge. just boosts your strengh. gives you the last few reps that really count. it helps with muscle growth aswell.
if you after stonger stuff you could try pro hormone and testosterone supplements. if your under 18 they probably wont do much for you.

Eating is the most important part of gaining muscle, some say even up to 70% of bodybuilding is diet.
You want to make sure you get plenty of carbs, proteins and fats. You might put on a little fat whilst doing it, but this is to be expected. This stage is what's commonly called "bulking".
